NJ Bamboo carries running and clumping bamboo perfect for creating fast growing privacy hedges. Running bamboos are the best when a tall hedge is needed. A rhizome barrier directs growth into the intended screening area producing incredibly dense privacy hedges. Clumping bamboos grow much like perennial grasses and can be used as short privacy hedges in the 6 to 12 foot range.
Bamboo can also be trimmed to any height creating a formal shape and stimulating leaf growth in bottom branches promoting bushier hedges.
